Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Deposits

The initial deposit (typically 20% of the total cost) required to secure your booking is non-refundable. This covers administrative costs, reservation fees with lodges in Kruger or Cape Town, and permit processing.

2. Cancellation by Client

• 60+ days before departure: Deposit is forfeited; remaining balance is refundable minus a $50 administration fee.
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost is charged.
• Less than 30 days: No refund is available. 100% of the total cost is charged.

3. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or airline strikes that prevent travel to South Africa, we offer a credit voucher valid for 18 months for future travel, rather than a cash refund. This allows you to reschedule your dream safari without losing your investment.

4. Supplier Cancellations

If a specific hotel or activity provider (e.g., a lodge in the Drakensberg) cancels your booking due to reasons beyond our control, we will attempt to find a comparable alternative. If no alternative is accepted by the client, a full refund for that specific portion of the trip will be issued.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment processor (e.g., Crypto wallets, PayPal, or Bank Transfer).
